BESPOKE INDIAN MENSWEAR, DELIVERED TO THE UAE
Chirag Parmar Signatures designs and ships bespoke Indian wedding menswear to grooms across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE. Our Basavanagudi atelier in Bengaluru handles the full process remotely, with insured door-to-door delivery timed well ahead of the wedding date.
UAE-based Indian weddings are almost entirely indoor, air-conditioned hotel and banquet-hall affairs, which changes fabric selection substantially. Velvet, heavier raw silk, and fully canvassed construction, all of which would be uncomfortable at an outdoor wedding in Chennai or Madurai, perform excellently in a Dubai ballroom and photograph with far more depth under venue lighting. Many of our UAE clients hold the wedding here and a second reception back in India, which we plan as two coordinated wardrobes.

The UAE is a short flight from Bengaluru and shares a workable time overlap for video consultations. We run design and fabric selection over video with swatches couriered internationally, and most clients schedule measurement and fitting around a trip home. For those who cannot travel, we ship a basted trial garment to verify fit before final construction, then send the completed wardrobe by tracked, insured courier.
Finished garments are sent by tracked, insured international courier, door to door, with delivery scheduled well ahead of the wedding date rather than close to it. We provide full documentation of contents and value for customs, and build a buffer into the timeline so that any clearance delay does not put the wedding at risk.
Yes, and they generally perform better there than in India. UAE weddings are almost entirely indoor and air-conditioned, so velvet, heavier raw silk, and fully canvassed construction stay comfortable and photograph with much more depth under ballroom lighting than the lightweight fabrics we would specify for an outdoor South Indian function.
This is a common brief and we plan it as two coordinated wardrobes rather than one wardrobe worn twice. The two events usually differ in climate, venue type, and guest list, so we specify different fabric weights for each while keeping the design language consistent, so the photographs from both read as one wedding.
