Chirag Parmar Signatures is based in Basavanagudi, not serving it from elsewhere. Our studio sits on E Circle Road in Vishweshwarapura, a few minutes from Gandhi Bazaar and the Bull Temple, and every garment we make is cut and fitted here.

Basavanagudi is one of the oldest parts of Bengaluru and its weddings reflect that. Families here tend to observe ceremonial custom closely, with the muhurtham held traditionally and the reception given over to contemporary tailoring. Gandhi Bazaar remains where much of the neighbourhood still shops for silks, and a good number of our clients arrive with fabric already in mind, or with a family piece they want reinterpreted rather than replaced.

Being local changes the process entirely. Basavanagudi clients get the full bespoke sequence without scheduling around travel: an unhurried first consultation with the fabric library in front of you, a baste fitting mid-construction, and a final trial before handover. Last-minute adjustments in the week before a wedding are straightforward here in a way they simply are not for out-of-town clients.

Where exactly is the Chirag Parmar Signatures studio?

Can I walk in without an appointment?

You can, but booking is better. Consultations and fittings are scheduled so that Chirag can sit with you properly rather than between other appointments, and a booked slot means the fabric library and your measurements are ready when you arrive.

How many fittings do local clients get?

The full sequence: an initial consultation, a baste fitting once the garment is partly constructed, and a final trial before handover. Living nearby also makes late adjustments in the final week practical, which is not something we can promise clients travelling in from another city.
