1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting this website, placing an order with Chirag Parmar Signatures ("CPS", "we", "us"), or creating an account on the CPS app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website, services, or the app.

2. Our Services

CPS is a bespoke menswear studio based in Basavanagudi, Bengaluru, offering custom-designed suits, sherwanis, tuxedos, kurtas, and related groom/occasion wear. The CPS app lets customers track the status of their order, message our studio about it, and view invoices, and lets our staff manage orders, measurements, and invoicing.

3. CPS App Accounts

Accounts are created using your phone number, verified by a one-time password (OTP) sent via SMS. You are responsible for keeping access to your registered phone number secure, since it is how you sign in.

• Customer accounts can view only their own orders, order status, measurements, and invoices. Use of a customer account is limited to tracking your own orders and communicating with us about them.
• Staff accounts are restricted to authorised CPS employees, registered with an internal access code we issue. Staff accounts must not be shared, and staff are responsible for all activity logged under their account.

We may suspend or terminate an account that we reasonably believe is being misused, shared, or used to access data that does not belong to the account holder.

4. Bespoke Orders, Fittings & Payment

• All measurements are recorded by our design team at the time of consultation. Accuracy of the final garment depends on measurements taken and any changes to your body dimensions after the fitting.
• An advance payment/deposit may be required to commence a bespoke order. The balance is due on or before final delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Fabric, embroidery, and embellishment availability is subject to supplier stock and may occasionally require substitution with a comparable material, with your consent.
• Estimated delivery timelines are communicated at order confirmation but may vary due to the handcrafted nature of our work.
• Order status shown in the CPS app (e.g. cutting, stitching, trial, alteration, ready, delivered) reflects our studio's internal workflow at the time it was last updated by staff, and is provided for your convenience rather than as a guaranteed real-time record.

5. Delivery, Alterations & Returns

Because each garment is custom-made to your measurements, bespoke orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once the crafting process has commenced, except where the garment is defective or materially inconsistent with the agreed specification. Minor fit alterations after delivery are offered as part of our standard service within a reasonable period. Ask your consultant for the current alteration window.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website or the CPS app, including attempting unauthorised access to another person's account or order data, uploading malicious code, or (for staff) using client data accessed via the app for any purpose outside CPS business operations.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, logos, and content on this website and within the CPS app are the property of Chirag Parmar Signatures unless otherwise credited (e.g., partner photographers), and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website and app integrate with third-party platforms including Instagram/Meta, WhatsApp Business, an SMS/OTP gateway, and Google Maps. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CPS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, services, or the CPS app. Our total liability for any claim relating to a bespoke order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CPS harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of our website, services, or the CPS app, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate CPS app access at our discretion, including for staff on end of employment or breach of these Terms. Customers may delete their account at any time. See our Data Deletion Instructions, though order records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website, services, or the CPS app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
