This page explains how you can request deletion of your personal data held by Chirag Parmar Signatures ("CPS"), including data connected through your Instagram or Facebook account via Meta's Platform APIs used by the CPS CRM application.
Who this applies to
- Clients whose order, measurement, or contact details are stored in the CPS CRM.
- Instagram/Facebook users whose public content or direct messages were accessed by CPS through the Instagram Graph API for social display or order coordination.
- Website visitors who submitted an enquiry or consultation request.
How to request deletion
Send a deletion request using any of the methods below. Please include your full name and the phone number or Instagram handle associated with your data, so we can locate the correct record.

What happens next
- We confirm receipt of your request within 7 days.
- We verify your identity/association with the data to prevent fraudulent deletion requests.
- We delete or anonymise the data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records (e.g., completed transaction records for tax purposes under Indian law), which are retained only for the legally mandated period and then deleted.
- We notify you once the deletion is complete.
Scope of deletion
A deletion request removes your data from the CPS CRM and any connected Instagram/Meta data cache used for order coordination. It does notdelete content on your own Instagram account, nor does it affect data Meta itself holds under its own policies. For that, contact Meta directly or use Instagram's in-app data controls.
