Key Responsibilities

• ✦Assist senior designers and master cutters in taking comprehensive anatomical measurements (40+ measurement points per client).
• ✦Hands-on pattern making: assist with drafting individual paper patterns, master cutting alignments, and basted trial preparation for suits and sherwanis.
• ✦Artistic hand painting: create hand-painted motifs, fabric painting samples, and color artwork for custom groom wear detailing.
• ✦Source, curate, and archive premium textiles including imported Italian worsted wools (Vitale Barberis Canonico, Dormeuil), handwoven raw silks, and pure velvets.
• ✦Coordinate directly with in-house Karigars on embroidery swatches, metallic bullion zardozi placement, and hand-stitched detailing.
• ✦Create technical flat sketches, color moodboards, and specification sheets for upcoming seasonal collections and bespoke client orders.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• ▪Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Production, or Textile Design (Must be completed; no students or final year applicants).
• ▪Must know Pattern Making: practical foundation in manual paper pattern drafting, tailoring physics, and garment construction.
• ▪Must know Painting & Illustration: strong hand painting skills on paper and fabrics, color blending, and manual artwork rendering.

You must possess proven expertise in pattern making and artistic painting, conceptualizing one-of-a-kind silhouettes, hand-illustrating bespoke motifs, selecting artisanal textiles, and supervising precision basted fittings alongside our master cutting team.

Key Responsibilities

• ✦Lead private styling consultations for grooms and VIP clients at our Basavanagudi studio, assessing posture, complexion, event venue, and personal taste.
• ✦Develop custom hand-painted motifs, fabric painting samples, and artistic color harmonies for royal groom ensembles.
• ✦Conceptualize and sketch bespoke wedding wardrobes: royal raw-silk sherwanis, asymmetric draped Indo-Western jackets, Jodhpuri bandhgalas, and black-tie tuxedos.
• ✦Direct pattern making precision: inspect manual paper patterns, adjust balance calibrations for specific postures, and supervise cutting accuracy before basted trials.
• ✦Advise clients on fabric choices, fabric weights, lapel rolls, and canvasing (full floating canvas vs half canvas) suited to Indian wedding ceremonies and climates.
• ✦Work closely with master embroidery artisans to develop custom zardozi motifs, authentic aari threadwork, and bespoke button placements.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
