The Brief
The client was drawn to geometric patterns over traditional floral motifs for his pre-wedding cocktail party. He wanted an ensemble that felt architectural and highly tailored.
Designer Notes
The chevron pattern required absolute precision during pattern matching. We spent hours aligning the sequin lines across the seams so the geometry flowed uninterrupted from the chest to the sleeves. The matching stole softens the sharp lines of the jacket.
Fabric & Construction
Matka silk base in taupe, completely overlaid with hand-stitched chevron sequins in metallic bronze and silver tones. The stole is a lightweight silk organza.
